Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • You must provide video proof of unboxing for damaged/defective items

Products not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Personal care items (if seal is broken)

  • Discounted or clearance items


Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product is out of stock after payment

Refund Method:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (optional)

Refund may take 3–7 working days to process.


Exchange Policy

If the exact same product is available, we will exchange instead of refunding (if required by customer).


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at hello@lifeline.com.bd with:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos/videos

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and approve/deny the request.

  3. Return shipping instructions will be provided.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue your refund or exchange.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
